Mostly positive experience

I opted for the CRM for Microsoft 365, and it's been mostly positive. The automated data entry is a huge plus, saving a good bit of time. Setup was pretty quick, and it linked up with Outlook without much hassle. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about the Mobile CRM App. My one small gripe is that the reporting dashboard could be a bit more customizable; it's good, but I'd like to tweak some views. Still, for the value, it's a solid choice, definitely better than trying to manage everything manually.

Easy to get started

Needed a better way to track leads, so I tried Salesflare. It was super easy to get started with the Lead Tracking Tool. Connected right up to my Gmail. Felt really intuitive, like they designed it for people who just want to get stuff done without a ton of tutorials. Everything just worked, which was a relief.

Great savings with annual plan

As a first-time buyer, I was looking for the best deal. I saw the 30-day free trial and then decided to go with the annual billing discount for the Sales Automation Software. It saved a good chunk of money compared to paying monthly, which was a big factor for me. The features, especially the Email Sequence Tool, felt worth the purchase price. I compared it to some alternatives, and the value here felt stronger for my budget. Definitely felt like a smart purchase for what I paid.

Good for Google Workspace

I signed up for the CRM for Google Workspace last month. The ordering process was straightforward, just a few clicks to get started with the free trial. Delivery of the service itself was instant, obviously, being software. What impressed me was the automated data entry; it really cut down on manual work, pulling in emails and meeting info from my Gmail. I did have a small question about linking a specific contact, and support got back to me within a few hours with a clear explanation. It integrates well with my existing Google setup, so usability was high. The sales pipeline management is visual and easy to grasp. Quality of the automatic tracking is consistent. Overall, it's a solid tool for small businesses using Google.

Consistently reliable CRM

I've been using Salesflare for over a year now, mainly for the Email Tracking Software. This latest experience, adding the Sales Pipeline Management, was just as smooth as all my previous interactions. It's consistently reliable; I know what I'm getting. Data syncs well and the interface hasn't changed drastically, which is good. That consistency is why I keep coming back instead of checking out competitors like Pipedrive.

i'm thinking about the annual plan to save some cash. is that generally a good idea or should i stick to monthly first?

J June 1 month ago
I'd say do the free trial, then if you like it, go annual. You save a decent chunk, like 20% I think?

K Kate 1 month ago
Definitely try it for a month first. If you're happy, then switch to annual. No point paying for a year if it's not the right fit, even with the discount.

Looking for a promo code. Are there any around, or just the free trial thing?

A Alex 1 month ago
Usually just the trial. I think I got a startup discount once by asking, but general public codes aren't super common.

They do have referral credits if someone invites you, or sometimes special deals during Black Friday. Otherwise, not often a random code laying around.

It's 30 days. Gives you a good feel for it.

Yep, a full month. I used pretty much all of it to make sure it integrated with my Gmail properly before signing up.

Can you actually import existing client data from like an Excel sheet into Salesflare? Got a ton of contacts I don't want to re-enter.

I Ivy Lindqvist 1 month ago
Yeah, you can. I migrated from another CRM and just exported to Excel first, then imported that. It was pretty straightforward.

For sure, they have an import function for stuff like that. Saved me a ton of time when I switched over.

Does anyone know if Salesflare works well with Outlook? I'm on Microsoft 365 and need something that plays nice.

J Jared Foster 1 month ago
Totally, there's an Outlook add-in. Works pretty seamlessly for me.

My agency uses it with Outlook every day. Integrates fine, no major issues with tracking emails or meetings.

Thinking of switching from HubSpot to Salesflare. Anyone made that jump for a small business? Wondering if it's really better for everyday use.

D Dana 1 month ago
Yeah, I did it last year. For a small team, Salesflare is way less clunky than HubSpot. The automation stuff is a lifesaver.

Depends on your needs. HubSpot has more bells and whistles, but a lot of it was overkill for us. Salesflare is much more focused on actually tracking sales without the manual input.
